Carrie Trimpe

Carrie focuses her practice on estate planning including wills, trusts, and powers of attorney and is proficient in probate and trust administration. She has extensive experience developing and drafting estate plans, assisting with trust funding and titling issues, and helping clients probate estates and administer trusts. Carrie serves clients using a holistic and client-centered approach taking the time to understand each client’s goals and determine the best course of action for each client’s unique circumstances.

Carrie was born and raised in Kalamazoo, Michigan. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree with a Paralegal Studies concentration from Davenport University in Grand Rapids, Michigan, where she played basketball for four years and ran track for one year. Carrie then worked as a Paralegal for three and a half years gaining diverse legal experience before attending law school.

Carrie graduated in the top 5% of her class at Western Michigan University Thomas M. Cooley Law School. While in law school, she earned several academic honors, including the Leadership Achievement Award and Jurisprudence Awards in Evidence, Scholarly Writing, Pretrial Skills, and Appellate Advocacy. Carrie was also a national competitor at the Stetson University College of Law National Pretrial Competition.

Carrie has the heart of a teacher and is passionate about educating her clients on the intricacies of the law to ensure they are able to make informed decisions concerning their legal matter. When Carrie is not practicing law, she enjoys spending time with her family, participating in local sports leagues, and nearly any activity outdoors.
